Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock or does not require custom manufacture.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.
IMPORTANT - We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
What happens if I am not in when a delivery is attempted?
If you are not going to be in at the time of delivery, you can advise us of special delivery instructions, which we will add to the couriers notes... the courier will then try their upmost to follow these instructions although it will still be at the couriers discretion.
i.e. The attempted deliveries will be carded for you information regarding retrieving the package and also proof of the drivers attempted delivery.
IMPORTANT - Any special instructions made by yourself (our customer) directly with the couriers rather than through us at time of order, cannot be guaranteed by ourselves.
A total of two delivery attempts will be made, after which time the parcel will be returned to us, then a re-delivery charge will apply.
Can you deliver to a work address?
We allow delivery to work addresses and multiple occupation buildings, but it is important that you ensure someone is available to accept the parcel on your behalf.
The courier is responsible for delivery to the address, not the named recipient. Both Royal Mail and DHL consider a parcel as delivered once a signature is taken at the designated address.
It is your (our customer) responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address, or to obtain the delivered parcel from the signatory.
